Concorde Mauritius provides you with a 24 x 7 booking service for all your transfers,
accommodation and excursions(outings) as well as many other tourist services and leisure activities throughout the
island.
Our bookings team is available every day of the week, as well as on weekends, to assist with any queries.
Meet and Greet Service
Upon your arrival in Mauritius, our airport team will be expecting you and remain at your service
should you require any assistance.
Located in the airport’s reception hall just after the customs desk, Concorde’s airport
counter bears the number 10B and is open seven days a week.
Our representatives will welcome you with refresher towels and small bottles of water. You will then
be offered a welcome kit including a welcome letter, a map of the island, and a brochure, before being lead to
your transfer vehicle while our porters handle your luggage.
Transfers
As you exit the terminal accompanied by a member of our airport team, your driver will be
waiting and ready to take you onwards to your accommodation.
Concorde provides several types of transfers and several categories of transfer vehicles
ranging from private cars to the luxurious limousines or even transfers by helicopter.
All our transfer vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning and driven by professional drivers, in compliance
with service quality standards ISO 9001: 2008 and local tourism legislation in force in Mauritius.
Your Accommodation
Over the years, Concorde has built trusting relationships with industry professionals and
hotels alike.
Today, we are able to offer a wide choice of accommodation ranging from 2 stars to 5-star deluxe from over
60 hotels throughout the island.
We also provide a choice of accommodation in private villas, villas belonging to luxury hotels as well
as holiday apartments located in resorts.
Personalized Service
Our hotel representatives will visit you at your place of accommodation to introduce
themselves and present our island. They will be your main contact persons during your stay and are at your
disposal to assist (to) with any queries.
They will ensure that you have settled in well, reconfirm your return ticket as well as your return
transfer booking and time.They will then propose a range of excursions, and keep you informed of any important
information concerning your stay.
